Enroly seeks a dynamic Business Development Representative/Manager (based on experience), passionate about technology. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying and managing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and deepening our market penetration. Your mission will be to enhance the sales process with a personal outreach approach, manage prospects through our CRM system, and contribute to our strategic expansion with your insight into industry trends.
Sales and Business Development:
- Support our sales process by identifying prospective university and institution clients.
- Develop and manage the outreach pipeline, personalising communication strategies to nurture leads and secure sales meetings and product demonstrations.
Sales Operations and CRM Management:
- Assist with the administrative aspects of sales, including contract generation and renewal management.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the CRM database throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain awareness of industry developments, client needs, and stakeholder interests.
Contract and Data Management:
- Oversee contract life cycles for new and renewal contracts, maintaining compliance with SLAs.
- Generate precise handover documents from sales to implementation teams, aligning shared services and finance on invoicing and administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree educated.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales development in the technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of building relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a personal approach to customer outreach.
- Independent, ambitious, and target-driven, with an operational focus and a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and data management with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A driven individual who is passionate about technology, sales, and the impact on customer lives.
