Benefits: Competitive and exciting benefits package, outlined below.

Working Environment: As a hybrid workforce with a primary presence in the UK, you will work from home and have access to a London Office space, with regular team meet-ups and in-person visits to clients.

Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for designing, implementing and owning Enroly’s end-to-end Quality Assurance framework across CAS Preparation, Interview Assessment and Visa Support.

This role combines structured audit oversight, data analysis and reporting strategy with hands-on operational contribution. Acting as a second line of defence, the Quality Assurance Lead ensures compliance integrity, identifies systemic risk trends and supports continuous improvement across all services.

The role also supports capability uplift across teams, and contributes to day-to-day service delivery during peak or high-risk periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • QA Framework Design & Ownership: Continuously refine a structured, risk-based QA framework across all services. Define sampling methodology, scoring matrices, risk weightings, escalation thresholds and review cadence aligned to UKVI compliance exposure and refusal risk.
  • Case & Decision Audit Oversight: Conduct targeted and risk-weighted audits of CAS files, interview outcomes and visa advisory cases to ensure documentation sufficiency, consistency of judgement, regulatory compliance and defensible decision-making.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Strategy: Own QA data analysis and feed directly into wider reporting strategy. Identify patterns, refusal indicators, SLA impact drivers and systemic weaknesses. Produce structured, insight-led reports that inform leadership decisions, training priorities and product improvements.
  • Risk Identification & Strategic Escalation: Proactively identify recurring error trends, compliance vulnerabilities and operational risks. Escalate material findings with clear recommendations and measurable corrective action plans.
  • Continuous Improvement & Training Integration: Work closely with Team Leads to embed QA insights into SOP updates, onboarding materials and targeted training interventions. Ensure lessons learned are operationalised and tracked for impact.
  • Operational Contribution & Risk Support: Contribute to day-to-day operational delivery when required, particularly during peak periods or high-risk case reviews. Provide senior judgement support on complex or borderline cases while maintaining independence of QA oversight.

About you:

  • You have a highly analytical mindset and are comfortable working with operational data to identify trends and risk indicators.
  • You are confident in designing structured frameworks and methodologies rather than simply operating within them.
  • You are able to influence without direct line management authority.
  • You are comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery when required.
  • You are motivated by raising standards, strengthening capability and preventing risk at scale.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in UK student visa compliance, CAS preparation, credibility interview assessment or regulated immigration advisory services.
  • Demonstrable experience conducting audits, quality reviews or compliance checks within a regulated environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UKVI Student route requirements and associated documentation standards.
  • Experience analysing operational data and presenting findings to management stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience building QA scorecards, sampling methodologies or compliance dashboards.
  • Experience contributing to reporting strategy or KPI development.
  • Experience supporting training delivery or mentoring within an operational team.
  • Experience contributing to CRM, workflow or process optimisation initiatives.
  • Experience working under the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) Code of Standards or within a regulated immigration advisory framework.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Based in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK

Our products and services

CAS Shield is a 100% proprietary tool that automates the onboarding and arrival process for universities, their students and agents. The platform handles the repetitive and fatiguing tasks faced by university staff. This includes information and document requests, analysis of data/documents, screening for non-genuine students, and flagging at-risk students for intervention. The result is that university staff have more time for the qualitative aspect of student recruitment: providing human-to-human support to students.

Our data solutions offer universities ground-breaking real-time business reporting for the first time.

Our Services & Compliance Division provides our platform clients access to outsourced services provided by industry-leading consultants using Enroly technology.
