Position Overview:

The Service and Compliance Administrator at Enroly is integral to ensuring seamless delivery of all services to university partners. This includes interview assessments, visa support, and offer-to-arrival outsourcing. Specialising in CAS Preparation, the role entails diverse contributions to enhance student experience, maintain compliance, and strengthen international operations. This position is critical for upholding high service standards, meeting SLAs, and preserving Enroly's outstanding (5 Star) Trustpilot rating. Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Evaluate international student applications to ensure compliance with UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) and university requirements for Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), including drafting CAS on the Student Management System (SMS).
  2. Assess financial documentation to ensure students have sufficient funds to study in the UK and clearly communicate guidance to ensure UKVI Compliance.
  3. Utilise proficiency in CAS Shield and related student management systems to effectively manage student applications and records.
  4. Maintain effective communication skills to facilitate clear and constructive interactions with students, colleagues, and university partners.
  5. Provide support for delivering additional services offered by the company to its university partners, as needed by Enroly.
  6. Stay informed about UKVI requirements to provide students with seamless guidance throughout the visa application process, including University CAS requirements and necessary documentation.


  • 2+ years working in international higher education admissions or compliance 
  • Flexibility and willingness to collaborate across different areas of the organisation to meet objectives and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately evaluate applicant information.
