Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and confident operator to lead onboarding and long-term success for early partners of Enroly Apply - our newest and most ambitious product. You’ll work at the intersection of customer success, product delivery, and digital transformation, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our university partners get the most from their investment from day one.

You’ll coordinate internal delivery across multiple Apply client projects, keeping internal teams aligned and accountable on priorities, timelines and dependencies. A key part of your role will be helping external university project managers understand Enroly’s delivery approach and timelines so they can build and manage their own institution-wide project plans with confidence.

You’ll work closely with our CSMs, product and engineering teams to align internal delivery and with external project managers, senior leaders, change managers and subject matter experts to support delivery on their side. With several clients typically at different stages, each with their own priorities and timelines, you’ll play a central role in keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed, aligned and confident as we scale this new product.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Implementation Management

  • Manage day-to-day delivery tasks across multiple client projects, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
  • Lead internal and external project updates, workshops and stakeholder reporting.
  • Maintain and evolve client-facing implementation documentation and internal delivery frameworks.

Client Delivery & Success

  • Lead onboarding and implementation planning for new Enroly Apply clients.
  • Act as a trusted contact to university partners, ensuring a smooth and structured rollout.
  • Build strong senior relationships and maintain momentum through change/adoption.

Product Roadmap & Integration Expectation Management

  • Partner closely with the Product team to stay ahead of delivery timelines and feature development.
  • Translate product plans into clear, structured communications for clients, outlining any potential impacts on their project timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage expectations and maintain confidence, particularly where timelines, scope, or approach evolve.

Process & Insight

  • Capture structured feedback to shape both our product roadmap and our delivery playbooks.
  • Create and refine project planning tools, stakeholder communication templates and internal reporting processes that support consistent delivery.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in higher education (HE) project delivery or technology implementation.
  • Proven success in project or implementation roles with complex clients.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects with competing timelines and priorities.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to maintain senior stakeholder trust.
  • Comfortable managing delivery timelines in the context of ongoing product development.
  • Technically aware and confident in integration or data-focused conversations.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and providing constructive feedback while maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
  • Confident working with ambiguity and making decisions without all variables fully known.
  • Experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role, ideally in a SaaS, software delivery or digital transformation environment.

Desirable

  • Experience in UK higher education admissions (domestic and international).
  • Project management qualification
  • Familiarity with student management systems E.g. Tribal, Ellucian, UCAS, Salesforce etc.
  • Understanding of agile, iterative product development and how product backlogs, sprints and MVP releases impact delivery timelines.
  • Familiarity with project/product tracking tools tools such as Jira, Confluence or Miro.
  • Experience managing business change or user adoption programmes, especially in higher education or similar complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exposure to product discovery processes or roadmap planning activities.

Our products and services

CAS Shield is a 100% proprietary tool that automates the onboarding and arrival process for universities, their students and agents. The platform handles the repetitive and fatiguing tasks faced by university staff. This includes information and document requests, analysis of data/documents, screening for non-genuine students, and flagging at-risk students for intervention. The result is that university staff have more time for the qualitative aspect of student recruitment: providing human-to-human support to students.

Our data solutions offer universities ground-breaking real-time business reporting for the first time.

Our Services & Compliance Division provides our platform clients access to outsourced services provided by industry-leading consultants using Enroly technology.
