Built by the sector, strengthened by experience: welcoming Rachel Hollister-Short
Universities are operating under more pressure and more complexity than ever. That’s why at Enroly we’ve always believed in one principle: solutions built by the sector, for the sector.
It’s also why we’ve strengthened our Partner team with Rachel Hollister-Short as Director of Customer Success & Services.
Rachel joins from Ecctis, where she spent almost two decades supporting universities and building services at scale. Alongside Kate Admasu, she brings deep sector know-how into Enroly so we can move faster on what matters to partners: less admin, stronger compliance, better student experience.
Industry experience, partner impact
“I’ve spent years solving the day-to-day challenges international teams face. Enroly stood out because the tech removes friction so staff can focus on students.” Rachel Hollister-Short
Rachel has worked across membership, operations and university relationships. That breadth means she knows where processes break—and how to fix them. Her background ensures she’s not just joining with experience, but with a lived understanding of how universities operate and what they need from their partners.
What changes for our partners
- Clear listening loops: structured feedback from users feeds directly into roadmap and services
- Service you can measure: tighter response targets, proactive comms, and visible status on issues
- Outcome focus, not tickets: faster time-to-CAS, fewer failure points, smoother student journeys
“Customer Success and Services are where we’re in touch with universities every day. My job is simple: celebrate what works and fix what doesn’t, quickly.” Rachel Hollister-Short
Tech that feels invisible
When systems work, they get out of the way. Our goal: automation that handles the noise, so teams can spend time where it counts, supporting students.
Apply: moving from launch to full rollout
“Apply has real potential for UK universities. It’s a chance to change the student journey for the better, and I’m excited to help make that impact.”
- Rachel Hollister-Short
Apply has already launched, and the next phase is all about scale. With Rachel leading Customer Success and Services, partners will have direct support as Apply is rolled out more widely, making sure the benefits reach staff and students across the sector.
Welcome to the team, Rachel.
Rachel’s journey is proof that strong partnerships start with people shaped by the sector itself. We can’t wait to see her impact as Enroly continues to build with, and for, our partners.
