Why is the student experience such a big focus for your team?
It is a testament to the university’s commitment to enhancing the student experience through innovation, hard work, and impact in delivering a world-class experience, whilst always ensuring immigration compliance.
What does winning this award say about your approach to supporting students?
It demonstrates that the team is willing to go the extra mile to simplify complex immigration regulations, supporting students from application to enrolment, so they can focus on what matters most: preparing for their studies.
How do you maintain quality and consistency across the student journey?
We listen to feedback from students and agent partners. We gather at the end of each intake to review what went well and identify areas for improvement. We take a proactive approach, in line with our university's strategic goals, to enhance communication and the student experience at every step of their educational journey.
If you could have chosen a soundtrack to be played when collecting your award, what song would it be?
The University of Law has its own playlist on Spotify. The University of Law’s Revision Mood Playlist on Spotify is as motivational and feel-good as it gets, so I chose “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen. I picked it because the song is joyful and energetic, evoking the feelings we experience when winning an award.
