The challenge

ARU had been driving impressive growth in its international student numbers, but increases in the volume and complexity of enrolments were posing significant resourcing challenges to the team.

Recruitment staff were required to support the admissions team during busy periods, and the need to offer EU students increased visa support from September 2021 was adding to workloads.
